New dad and local tippler, Kristopher Ott is the visionary force behind Father Ott's Bar Hoppin’ Grub.
Having noticed the general lack of unique, home-made snacks available while enjoying libations in local haunts, Kristopher seized the opportunity to utilize his skilled culinary background to fill this need for the masses.
Part cuisinier, part excursionist, Kristopher has drawn from his 15 years of chefdom and global travels to create a collection of tasty, convenient, packaged snacks to assist the serious late night imbiber – as well as teetotaler - prepare for the next round.
Father Ott’s Bar Hoppin’ Grub is a line up of unique, craveable, and arguably addicting packaged food items that incorporate bold flavor combinations to keep the consumer’s hunger at bay & their thirst well balanced.
Based out of Oakland, CA, Father Ott’s not only produces unique bar snacks but will be expanding production to include pickled items, preserves, sauces & marinades, charcuterie, and smoked meats & fish.

Chef Kristopher Ott’s notable background includes evolving brands, designing menus, and opening restaurants in San Francisco, Napa Valley, Paris, and Los Angeles – even Google! He has been honored to work with prominent chefs Paul Bertolli, Reed Herron, Robert McGraw, Kris Kidder, and Michael Tusk.
